Partial foil highlights

Service Description

This is the same service as a full highlight but is only the top layer of your hair, a couple of foils down each side and the back to blend. This will not eliminate the dark underneath when you pull your hair up. This service does not include a toner. If you have extremely curly or thick hair or hair is past breast please book additional color.
